Roote house is a family home dressed in wood. The house measures 16 meters wide. The owners, a married couple with two daughters, required a two-storey house, including a large private garden for entertaining guests and provide recreational space for their two children.
The property has direct access to the adjacent street through a large wooden door to the kitchen. Upstairs, the master bedroom adjoins a small office space that overlooks the kitchen on the lower level. The bedrooms of the children are on the ground floor of the house. Devoted to games, a piece of “tatami” enjoys a view overlooking the green garden.
